Here are some during and after pictures of this driveway transformation, carried out by Select Paving in Palmerstown, Dublin.
First we removed the original driveway and doorstep and laid a new hardcore foundation.
We installed a flagstone borderline around the perimeter of the driveway except at the very front. There, we put down an apron of granite cobblestones.
We created a new, wide, double granite doorstep to compliment the borderline.
Finally we poured down a layer of asphalt over the driveway and machine rolled it down to be perfectly smooth.
